About Doranda
In recent years, we have seen an acceleration of globalization within Japan, in parallel with the movement ‘from Japan to overseas’. In addition, due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, corporate activities and work styles have switched from offline to online. The importance of IT has continued to increase.

Neeraj Sukhawasi
A topper from IIT, Kharagpur & Wharton Business School (USA), he has a global mindset with 27+ years of management consulting expertise in IT strategy, operations, innovation, global infrastructure, IT services global sourcing (talent and innovation), and project/program management for optimising and automating financial service delivery. He has deep BFSI industry experience complemented by Ivy League academic credentials.
Vinod Singh Parihar
With a major in Japanese language from Vishwa Bharati University, India, he has over 27 years of experience working for various Japanese companies including heading IT projects for Shinsei Bank and Tokyo Star Bank in India and heading Japan business development in HCL Technologies. An active industry leader among Japanese companies, he heads Japanese business division at Doranda.
Yoji Nakamura
Yoji Nakamura, a graduate & MTech. from Toyko University, worked as a consultant at Mckinsey and other companies. He is currently the Director- Sales & Marketing in Doranda Japan KK. He has experience of strategy consulting for technology sector.

Hidetaka Yasuda
He has more than 20 years of experience working for various global companies, including leading IT & BPO projects in Japan, India, and China and managing a semiconductor project for a new generation medical device in Japan and Germany. He holds a major in Accounting & Finance from Indiana University and studied international business in Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. He has a range of multi-national corporation (MNC) and start-up project management experiences.
